- Fees are subject to an annual fee setting exercise.
- Students who are formally deferred pay a restart fee on re-joining the module. This is currently £250.
- The university reserves the right to change the fees at any time without notice.
- 5% discount for block booking of three or more staff members for the same intake, when made by one line or training manager (i.e. a single point of contact) and on a single purchase order.
Self-funding students
Full payment of your course fee must be made in order to confirm your booking. You will be directed to the online payment store once your reservation has been processed.
Workplace-funded students
Workplace-funded students must provide a purchase order in order to confirm your booking.
Non-payment
Non-payment of your module fee 30 days from the date of the invoice will result in a hold being placed on your account. Whilst this hold is in place your access to certain University services will be restricted, further you will not be issued with your University transcript, or be able to book for any further modules with the University.
Cancellation policy
The cancellation policy for the BioMed Online Learning modules is as follows:
- Cancellation up to one month prior to introductory session – full refund of module fee
- Cancellation from one month prior to introductory session to one week following – 90% refund of module fee
- Cancellation from one week following introductory session – full module fee payable, no refund
